All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
Please note: Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistics issues, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
We currently offer paid shipping on all orders. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking details. You can monitor your shipment status directly through our logistics partner’s tracking portal.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct at the time of checkout. Popobozo is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Info@popobozo.com.
We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or correction if applicable.
7. Non-Delivery
In the rare event that your package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the parcel, re-shipping charges may apply.
